AMCS for Swedish power plant

French electronic systems manufacturer AMCS Technologies has installed its DCS 60 anti collision and crane management system on a Comansa 21LC1050 flat top tower crane working at the Högdalenverket heat and power plant in Bandhagen, near Stockholm.

With a maximum capacity of 50 tonnes and 65 metres of jib, the 21LC1050 will be used to change out one of the boilers at the plant and will be assisted by a number of All Terrain cranes along with a Liebherr 280 EC-H tower crane with 35 metres of jib and 56 metre hook height.
