Terex for Stoddart

Scottish rental company Stoddart Crane Hire has ordered a 40 tonne Terex AC 40/2L All Terrain crane.

The two axle AC 40/2L has a 37.4 metre main boom plus an eight metre swingaway extension. It has already been scheduled for a number of jobs upon arrival.

Managing director David Stoddart said: “We were in need of a new small All Terrain crane, and after reviewing all of our options, we determined that the Terex AC 40/2L model was superior to other cranes in this particular size class. It is easy to operate, includes a spacious cab and has a very long reach for a crane of its size. Also, Terex Cranes has always done an excellent job of supporting our organisation after the sale, which is important to our customers and us.”
