US based software group Point of Rental Software has appointed Kristy Myrick as global director of customer care.
Myrick joins Point of Rental from Hilton, where she was senior director of guest assistance and customer care. Myrick has worked for Hilton since 1994, and has also held the role of senior director for customer service and operations. She will oversee in house support teams in the US, UK and Australia.
Myrick said: “Point of Rental appealed to me because it seemed like a fun group of people and a dynamic company. I’m looking forward to helping scale our customer service and connecting with our customers as we grow.”
Chief executive Wayne Harris added: “We’ve built our reputation on caring about our customers and their success. Kristy has made a career of managing a worldwide team, ensuring customers have great experiences.
