First Almac boom lift

Italian tracked scissor lift manufacturer Almac has entered the tracked boom lift market with the 33ft Jibbi 1250 Evo, a dynamic self levelling telescopic boom lift, which will be launched at Platformers’ Days in Hohenroda, Germany.

Almac Jibbi 1250 Evo


The Jibbi 1250 Evo features a three section telescopic boom plus articulated jib, it can level on slopes of up to 22 degrees and reach a working height of 12.2 metres. The 1250 provides an outreach of 5.5 metres with its maximum platform capacity of 230kg, whilst maximum outreach of seven metres is possible with a capacity of 80kg.

The Jibbi 250


Equipped with a three cylinder Yanmar diesel, the Jibbi 1250 Evo has an overall width of 1.15 metres, an overall height of 1.98 metres and an overall length of 3.7 metres. Overall weight is 2,850kg. The unit is equipped with what it calls 'Dynamic Working Performance' which constantly adjust the machine's performance to match working conditions, a new patented track system Safe-Lock that keeps the track from coming off of the tensioning wheels, and an ultrasonic secondary guarding overhead obstacle detection system.

Almac will also offer a 250kg winch kit as an option.

And has confirmed that the Jibbi 1250 Evo will be available for delivery from March or April 2019.
