Link-Belt upgrades the TCC-1100 to the TCC-1200

Link-Belt is to increase the nominal rating of its 110 ton/100 tonne TCC-1100 telescopic crawler to 120 tons/110 tonnes. Shipments of what will now be the TCC-1200 will begin during the fourth quarter.

As with the TCC-1100 The TCC-1200 features a full power 45.7 metre five section boom, fabricated from ultra high-strength steel. A lattice extension take the maximum tip height to 64 metres.

The new crane now shares a carbody frame with the larger 140 ton/127 tonne TC1400 and offers three track widths – fully extended- 5.5 metres, intermediate -4.8 metres and fully retracted -3.6 metres, all of which have their own load charts.

The company is also adding a wireless remote control option on the TCC-1200 as well as the TCC-1400.
