First Genie SX-135 XC for Germany

German aerial lift and telehandler rental company Möller Manlift has taken delivery of a number of Genie aerial work platforms and telehandlers, including a 60ft Z-60/37 FE and the first 135ft Genie SX-135 XC to be delivered in Germany.

The Z-60/37 FE offers 11.14 metres of outreach, 7.4 metres of up-and-over clearance, and 135 degrees of jib articulation. The SX-135 XC is mounted on the new compact X chassis, and offers a working height of 43 metres and an outreach of up to 27.4 metres. Maximum platform capacity is 454kg, whilst unrestricted capacity is 300kg. The first job for the SX-135 XC was a railway construction project in Würzburg.

Managing director Andreas Möller said: "Range and sustainability are increasingly decisive criteria for our customers and the choice of work platforms that meet this criteria are a great competitive advantage in the rental market. Users with heavier loads and more tools have to be taken higher and higher, and of course safer. As a rental company, we naturally carry out planning calculations, and expect a high rate of return from the SX-135 XC."

Möller Manlift is based in Würzburg and has three other locations. Its rental fleet includes truck mounted platforms, trailer lifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts and telehandlers.
