InspHire's green features

Rental software supplier inspHire has launched a new range of environmentally conscious features to its software platform.

Carbon emission tracking:

The CO2 emissions reporting tool helps rental businesses in busy areas track and reduce their carbon footprint aiming to support them in meeting net zero targets.

Green leaf tagging system:

The tagging system highlights eco friendly equipment with a green leaf icon, making it easy to identify and choose low-carbon options aiming to encourage environmentally responsible decisions.

Less paper:

The latest versions promote digital document sharing over printing, reducing paper usage by replacing the ‘print’ button with ‘send as PDF’.

What 3 words:

InspHire's integration with what3words simplifies asset location on large sites, reducing downtime and fuel usage by pinpointing equipment to a three by three metre square.

Mark Taylor of KCS said: “inspHire Office is our rental management software solution that serves as the ultimate digital tool for medium to large hire companies.”

“Containing a wealth of modules and features, the latest version of inspHire Office streamlines all aspects of your business for seamless operations and maximum efficiency so you can continue to reduce your carbon footprint while trading profitably.”

Established in 1997, inspHire is part of the Kerridge Commercial Systems group. It employs 112 at offices in Nottingham, UK and Utrecht, Netherlands.
