Genie adds UAE service provider

Genie has appointed Dubai based Al Mahroos - its dealer in the UAE - as an authorised service provider for the country providing field support, parts, maintenance, training and rental fleet management solutions.

The company becomes the first service provider in the region and Northern Emirates. Its new responsibilities will be extended to other parts iof the UAE in the coming months.

Terex Middle East managing director Sharbel Kordahi said: “With its experience in Genie products and the local market, Al Mahroos has precisely the right profile to support Genie customers. Bringing more people with the right skills to support owners of Genie fleets in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Al Mahroos now provides the additional technically skilled hands to respond more rapidly and efficiently, with a level of service tailored to customers’ needs.”
