Bronto and TGM have been working together since 2009, when TGM began focusing on supplying aerial work platforms to the wind generation industry, as well as the more traditional industries such as petro chemical and power generation plants, TV media and electrical utility transmission maintenance. TGM currently has a fleet of 19 Bronto units ranging from 46 to 90 metres working height.

Good avoidance of the question, but will you be purchasing Bronto equipment at 8% less that the clients you will be retailing the machines to? It's a yes / no answer.

I also said nothing about regulating the sale of machines, I merely see it as an unusual move from a manufacturer to use an end user as their dealer.

"Unfairly competitive"?
Some organizations have smarter people, with better business plans, does that make them "unfairly competitive"?
What aspects of competition do you wish to regulate?
Where might I find the rules for being sure that I'm not being unfairly competitive?

An unusual move from a manufacturer to have an end user also acting as a dealer. Do TGM now purchase their own machines for 8% less than the rest of the market making them unfairly competitive?
