Palfinger service managers meet

This year Palfinger held its bi-annual Asian Service Manager Meeting, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The event was attended by around 70 delegates, representing 19 dealers from 11 countries across the Asia Pacific region, including representatives from Palfinger Austria, Sany Palfinger, Palfinger Nantong, and Palfinger Japan.

Johann Königshofer, area manager for Asia, kicked off the event with a presentation on the importance of service, with a focus on the latest technology innovation developments, product related updates, and new modular product and service training programmes.

There was also plenty of time for hands on time with the latest products along with live demonstrations and hands-on troubleshooting sessions. The final presentation included an opportunity for all participants to exchange their ideas and visions on how service is likely to change and develop in the future.
