UK first for Road Rail Cranes

UK rail crane specialist Road Rail Cranes has taken delivery of the first Demag AC 100-4L All Terrain crane in the UK.

The new crane is the eleventh mobile crane in its all Terex fleet purchased since 2013. The company operates nationally with facilities in Wrexham and Bristol. In the four axle, 100 tonne Demag has a maximum boom length of 59.4 metres and a maximum system length of 81.7 metres

Road Rail’s joint managing director, Ian Cross said: “The overall performance, flexibility and size of the AC 100-4L - plus its IC-1 Plus control system that enables asymmetric outrigger settings - made this an easy choice for us.”
