More Tadanos for Emsley

UK rental company Emsley Crane Hire has taken delivery of two new 40 tonne Tadano ATF 40G-2’s.

The two axle 4x4x4 All Terrain cranes feature a 35.2 metre main boom plus nine metre swingaway extension giving an under hook height of 45 metres. They are fitted with automatic lubrication/greasing system, Xenon boom lights and Tadano’s latest AML safe load indicator with full area limitations. The machines have been delivered to the company’s Harrogate base in West Yorkshire, and complete a three crane order, with the first ATF 40G-2 delivered last year.

Managing director John Emsley said: “After the successful running of the first unit delivered last year we are delighted to take these additional two units from Tadano. The product has proven itself in the fleet and fills the demands of our customers. We continue to invest in cranes in order to keep the fleet up to date and cover the current level of demand we are experiencing.”

Family owned Emsley was founded in 1947 and is now managed by the sons of its founder, John and Peter. The company runs a fleet of more than 50 All Terrain, truck mounted and city cranes from its depots in Harrogate and Doncaster.
