BMS platforms to open in Germany

Danish crane and access rental company BMS is now moving ahead with its plans to open a new aerial work platform location in Germany.

Since Stefan Kulawik was appointed as aerial work platform sales director- UK and Germany in May last year See BMS launches major platform expansion the company has boosted its big aerial lift fleet and started working on major projects in the UK.

It is now looking to base machines in Germany to serve a number of major projects/contracts, and will then use this as a springboard to open its first location in the Germany speaking area.

BMS Platforms is now moving into Germany

Speaking to Vertikal.net Kulawik said: "We will probably start in the spring with the first large-scale projects in Germany, while in the UK we have already made some good progress. The next stage now is to permanently base machines in both Germany and create the appropriate structure. But this can still take a while to complete and we will do it at our own pace. BMS is not about rushing things, preferring to build new operations on a professional and sustainable basis. "
