Altrad secures contracts

Scaffolding and industrial services specialist Altrad NSG has secured three year contract renewals with chemical companies Inovyn ChlorVinyls and Tata Chemicals.

The contracts, which have a combined value of up to £16.5million, will see Altrad NSG continue its existing work at the Inovyn chlorine production site in Runcorn, providing insulation, surface preparation, blasting and painting services. It will also deliver full access, repair and maintenance services to Tata Chemicals at its British Salt site in Middlewich, as well as its production plants in Winnington and Lostock.

Last month the company also won its first major offshore contract, securing a five year agreement with oil and gas exploration and production company Centrica Energy.
