Lifterz updates service fleet

UK rental company Lifterz, a member of the Access Link, has updated its service fleet with the delivery of six new service vans.

The Volkswagen Transporter Highlines have been fitted out with bespoke maintenance shelving along with a bench and vice. They will be based at the company’s depots in Yorkshire and Lancashire.

Lifterz operations manager Steve Gerrard, said: “I took the philosophy of the Access Link, and decided to use the service of a local/regional supplier with the benefit of having national coverage. It makes good business sense for a company like us to have a custom fleet of high quality, professional vehicles to complement the professional engineers that we employ. The bespoke fit out will enable our service engineers to ‘take the workshop to site’, allowing us to service our customers quickly and professionally.”
