Liebherr GB appoints marketing manager

Liebherr has appointed David Croft as marketing and PR manager for Great Britain and Ireland.

Croft joins the company from Eastman Kodak where he has worked as European business and packaging segment manager since 2008. Prior to this he owned CDC Marketing Services, a marketing consultancy business. Croft’s responsibilities involve driving and supporting the marketing function across all divisions. He will report to the board of directors.

Richard Everist, managing director of Liebherr Great Britain, said: “We are delighted to have David joining us. He brings a wide knowledge and experience which will make a great contribution to our growth plans and inject new ideas into our marketing function.”

The company added: “We are also pleased to confirm that Chris Davis, who has been Liebherr GB’s marketing consultant for over 34 years, will continue to provide PR and other publicity services for the foreseeable future, supporting Croft during his integration into Liebherr.”
