UK rental software provider MCS has launched SmartSearch, an Artificial Intelligence tool aimeed at streamlining searched for product information and technical documentation.
The new feature enables users to search MCS's ‘Knowledge Base’ using natural/ normal language queries - meaning they can ask questions in plain English rather than navigating keyword searches and then receive a summary addressing their query alongside any relevant articles.
