New recruit for MyCrane

Virtual crane rental company MyCrane has appointed Olga Dubinok as director of business development for the USA.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Dubinok joins the company following a year with online start up used equipment site The Crane Club where she held a similar role.
At MyCrane she will be responsible for helping grow the business in the USA while raising awareness of the brand and what it does.

Dubinok has worked in the crane industry for the past seven years or so, mostly with online publishers or used equipment traders. She started off in retail, joining Ikea in 2005 and becoming a manager. After almost 11 years with the company, she left and joined CraneNetwork as customer service manager, leaving after two years for a job with Crane Trader with responsibility for business development. The following year she was appointed as vice president of business development for marketing and consulting business Cranelife. Nine months later she joined Zoomlion as crane sales manager for North America, leaving the company at the start of 2021, starting with Crane club at the end of 2022.

The move follows the appointment of Jason Brough as MyCrane USA president last October.
MyCrane founder Andrei Geikalo said: “Olga joins us at an exciting time, and I am thrilled to welcome her to our growing team. Her established contacts in the industry and 'can do' attitude will be a great asset to the company as we expand our presence in the USA and advance the digitalisation of the crane rental process.”

Dubinok added: “What really excites me is the opportunity to introduce technology and services that truly help the industry. It’s all about making the way we do business that much easier.”
