Crane operator fatality

A crane operator died when the pick & carry crane he was operating overturned while lifting a container in a suburb of Ludhiana in the Punjab, northern India.

The incident occurred on Tuesday 26th December, the operator, Davinder Singh, 25, is said to have died instantly after he was crushed by the overturning crane and load.
