Germany’s powered access event - Platformers' Days - is set to open tomorrow - Friday - with most of the major powered access and telehandler manufacturers present, along with a few crane companies, component suppliers and ancillary equipment.
This will be the third consecutive year that the event will be held in Karlsruhe rather than at its previous rural venue in Hohenroda central Germany. The exhibition centre and showground, Messe Karlsruhe, is located south of Frankfurt and north of Freiburg and offers more than 20,000 square metres of outdoor exhibition space, along with 12,500 square metres in the hall. The event is open from 9:00 until 18:00 tomorrow and 9:00 till 17:00 on Saturday.
