GGR adds Faresin dealer

GGR group has appointed UK construction equipment sales company Butler Reynolds to distribute Faresin telehandlers throughout the west Midlands.

Established in 1991, Butler Reynolds offers a range of products from Bobcat, Ausa, Chicago Pneumatic, Dynapac and Husqvarna from its location in Dudley and Derby. It also offers used mini excavators, rollers, skid steers and telehandlers. To start off the partnership, the company took delivery of a Faresin 6.26 Full Electric compact telehandler alongside a Stage V version.

Both units offer a 5.9 metre lift height and 2,600kg maximum lift capacity, while they can handle 900kg at a maximum forward reach of 3.2 metres. They both have an overall width of 1.89 metres, an overall height of 1.93 metres, and is just over four metres long. The diesel version comes in slightly lighter at 4,680kg and offers 30km/h travel speeds, while the Full Electric weighs 4,800kg with travels speeds of 12km/h.

Bulter Reynolds takes delivery of two Faresin telehandlers


GGR chief executive Graeme Riley said: “Through this collaboration, GGR and Butler Reynolds are able to continue their support of the UK construction industry, and more specifically firms and projects within the area of the West Midlands, to hit key environmental targets and eventual zero carbon emissions aim with the use of this innovative equipment.”

Butler Reynolds director Nigel Long, added: “The market has been demanding electric equipment for a long time and through a series of demonstrations and tests, it is clear to see that the Faresin 626E model is a high quality machine that can offer many benefits to our customers. The diesel range is a great addition to our existing offering and we look forward to providing these telehandlers to our new and existing customers.”
