Gardemann sale to complete on 13th
Lavendon shareholders approved the Gardemann Acquisition at an Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday with 99.9 percent of the votes in favour of the proposal.
The deal should formally complete on Wednesday 13th of December when the initial consideration shares are first traded.
