Giovanni Carbonara moves to CTE

CTE has appointed Giovanni Carbonara as brand manager for its Tracess range of spider lifts as part of a plan to become a mainstream spider lift manufacturer. He will have overall responsibility for developing the product range and distribution.

The company said: “This move is part of a new determination to become one of the most important players in the spider lift sector, through increased investment in broadening and updating the product range, while increasing production capacity human resources.” The company will kick off its new strategy by unveiling its new 20 metre Traccess 200 spider lift at bauma next week.

Carbonara has been export manager at Italian spider and truck mounted lift manufacturer CMC for the past 14 years,focusing almost exclusively on the spider lift market, and been a major factor in the company’s success. Speaking of his new appointment he said: “I am enthusiastic and motivated to contribute to the success of CTE Traccess. The planned expansion of the range and the investments planned for this product will bring us among the major players in the sector. With the support and the CTE sales network, our ambition is to become market leader”.
