Comet adds to sales team

Italian truck mounted lift manufacturer Comet has appointed Antonio Palazzetti as area sales manager.

Palazzetti will be responsible for sales in central and southern Italy, as well as the Italian islands. He joins Comet from loader crane manufacturer Hyva, where he has been sales manager since 2017. Prior to that he was commercial manager at energy company Lampogas.

He began his career in 1999 as a technical officer at retailer L'Abbondanza, before joining ATI Industrial Supplies as commercial manager four years later. In 2004 he moved to loader crane and aerial lift manufacturer PM Group as a sales manager, remaining there until joining Lampogas in 2015.
