Mammoet Middle East has appointed Enrico Luconi Trombacchi as general manager and Vimal Jose as operations manager of its UAE operation in Abu Dhabi.
Trombacchi joins Mammoet from the UAE branch of heavy lift and transport company Faglioli, where he has been general manager since 2014. Prior to that he was co-general manager of Faglioli’s Algerian business.
Jose joins Mammoet from ALE’s Middle Eastern operation in Oman, where he has been operations manager since 2017. He began his career at ALE’s Abu Dhabi location in 2006 as operations assistant, before being promoted to logistics and procurement supervisor in 2009, traffic supervisor in 2012 and transport and logistics manager in 2014.
The company says that Trombacchi and Jose will help meet the future developments and demands of the UAE construction market, which is seeing an influx of new investments in oil and gas, power, water and transportation sectors.
