Another Demag for Interkran

Swiss rental company Interkran has taken delivery of a 300 tonne Demag AC 300-6 All Terrain crane.

The six axle AC 300-6 has an 80 metre main boom plus a 21 metre bi-fold extension, with up to 40 degrees of offset. It can handle up to 15 tonnes on its fully extended main boom. This follows the recent delivery of a 100 tonne Demag AC 100-4L All Terrain crane.

Interkran’s new Demag AC 300-6

General manager Tony Teixeira said: “The performance data for the two cranes definitely made a compelling case, so we just went ahead and ordered both of them.”

Established in 1995, Interkran is based in Lachen in north Switzerland. It runs a fleet of All Terrain cranes ranging from 70 to 300 tonnes, as well as tower cranes.
