Liebherr RT for United

US rental company United Crane & Rigging (UCR) has taken delivery of a 100 tonne Liebherr LRT 1100-2.1 Rough Terrain crane.

The two axle crane features a five section 50 metre main boom, a 10.5 metre swingaway extension and standard Variobase multi position outrigger set up system. It is the first LRT 1100-2.1 in the UCR’s fleet, and the company plans to use the new crane for long term rentals.

Established in 1968, UCR is based in Baltimore, Maryland with a depot in Washington DC. The company runs a fleet of All Terrain, Rough Terrain and crawler cranes as well as tower cranes, truck cranes, boom trucks and hoists.
