German rental company Zeilinga-Riedl has taken delivery of nine 24.7 metre Palfinger P250 BK truck mounted platforms.
Mounted on a 7.5 tonne Mercedes-Benz chassis, the P250 BK provides an outreach of almost 17 metres with an unrestricted platform capacity of 100kg, or around 12.5 metres with the maximum 230kg capacity.
Managing director Christian Schlamp said: “With Palfinger's new four wheel drive platforms, we are particularly attentive to the requirements of our customers when it comes to off road use or problematic access.”
Formed from the merger of Riedl Telelift and B + T Sky-Lift Zeilinga in 2008, Zeilinga-Riedl offers aerial work platforms, spider cranes, telehandlers and glass lifters for rental, and employs 40. Six of the machines were delivered to each of the company’s locations in Berlin, Schwerin and Hamburg, while three have gone to Riedl Telelift’s depot in Hamburg.
