New president for TVH Americas

TVH Parts -Americas has appointed Dirk von Holt as president, he was previously vice president of sales and marketing.

In his new role, he will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and help to create a structure for TVH’s future growth and development within the region. He joined the company in 2005 since when he has been instrumental in streamlining TVH’s organisational processes and setting up a network of distribution centres in order to improve customer response times etc...

Prior to joining TVH he spent 22 years with forklift and material handling manufacturer Jungheinrich, the final six years as president of its North American operations. Prior to that he was chief executive of Jungheinrich subsidiary Multiton MIC for nine years.

Her began his career with Jungheinrich in Germany in 1983, becoming controller of its European Subsidiaries division and was promoted to general manager of Jungheinrich Denmark in 1986. Four years later he moved to the USA to join Multiton as its chief executive, transferring to Jungheinrich America in 1999.
