New location for Kirby-Smith

US crane and access dealer Kirby-Smith Machinery has opened a new branch in McAlester, Oklahoma.

The new depot will cover the south eastern Oklahoma region slotting in between the company’s Tulsa and Dallas branches. The new location will offer new and used equipment sales and rental, while carrying replacement parts and providing a full maintenance and repair service.

The location, on the western edges of the town, will have represent the same lines as the Oklahoma City and Tulsa branches, including Manitowoc, Grove and National Crane and Terramac tracked carriers. The group also offers JLG aerial work platforms, Broderson pick & carry cranes and Skytrack telehandlers.
The new branch will be managed by Bruce Taylor, with key staff including territory manager Ron Allen and product support representative Brian DeVore.

Chief operating officer Jeff Weller said: “We are very excited about our newest branch location in McAlester. It is strategically located to ensure that existing and new customers in Southeastern Oklahoma will receive the care they deserve. We see a lot of positive growth on the 75 corridor in both Oklahoma and Texas, and this McAlester office will fill in the distance that existed between Tulsa and Dallas.”

The new branch takes the Kirby-Smith network to 11 locations in Oklahoma, North Texas, West Texas, Kansas and Missouri.
