Four years later he joined crane and aerial lift manufacturer Altec as a field service technician, and in 1998 he moved to distributor Wagner Equipment as hydraulic technician. Weber said: “Under Richard’s leadership, execution of parts and services solutions has improved. Terex Utilities is devoted to helping fleet managers maintain the best possible up time of their equipment. Our growing national footprint of service centres allows us to expand our customer support, which is focused on premier service and reduced downtime. Maintaining that level of customer service is due in part to having dedicated personnel with intimate knowledge of the different business challenges faced by small municipalities to large investor owned utilities.”
