US aerial lift and digger derrick manufacturer Terex Utilities has appointed Richard Gunderman as vice president parts and services, and Nick Cammisa as director of service sales.
Gunderman has been with Terex for almost 19 years and most recently served as director of operations Terex Services. In his new role he reports to general manager Clint Weber, and will be responsible for parts and service sales and solution development, including alignment with Terex Global Parts and Services activities in telematics and data analytics.
Cammisa joined Terex Utilities 15 years ago and is currently eastern regional sales manager. Prior to that he has worked as national accounts manager and service centre manager. He began his career in 1990 at Long Island Lighting Company as a fleet service technician. Four years later he joined crane and aerial lift manufacturer Altec as a field service technician, and in 1998 he moved to distributor Wagner Equipment as hydraulic technician. After a year he was appointed president of repair company Boom Truck Service, moving to Terex Utilities as service centre manager in 2003.
Weber said: “Under Richard’s leadership, execution of parts and services solutions has improved. Terex Utilities is devoted to helping fleet managers maintain the best possible up time of their equipment. Our growing national footprint of service centres allows us to expand our customer support, which is focused on premier service and reduced downtime. Maintaining that level of customer service is due in part to having dedicated personnel with intimate knowledge of the different business challenges faced by small municipalities to large investor owned utilities.”
