Spider for Indian airport

Raja Bhoj Airport in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, has taken delivery of a 27 metre Platform Basket Spider 27.14 spider lift.

The Spider 27.14 features a dual over centre riser, three section telescopic boom and articulated jib offering an outreach of 12.7 metres with the 230kg, the maximum platform capacity - 14.4 metres of outreach is possible with an unrestricted platform capacity of 136kg. The new spider lift was delivered by Platform Basket’s Indian dealer Maco Corporation and will be used for maintenance of the airport.
