Another Demag for Mikschl

German heavy lifting company Mikschl Autokrane has taken delivery of a 100 tonne Demag AC 100-4L All Terrain crane.

The four axle AC 100-4L has a main boom length of 59.4 metres and a 10 to 19 metre bi-fold swingaway extension, giving a maximum tip height of 81.7 metres. It is the second AC 100-4L All Terrain crane to join the Mikschl fleet.

Crane operator Thomas Jung said: “We were so happy with the AC 100-4L crane, and especially with the way it has the reliability and quality that are typical of Demag, that ordering the exact same model again was the obvious choice.”

General Manager Roland Mikschl added: “The AC 100-4L has enabled us to easily manage countless jobs there that would have been simply impossible with any other crane. And to tell you the truth, I’m really excited to see just what kind of performance it can deliver in this type of job with the new IC-1 Plus control system.”
