IPAF training in Russian

IPAF launched the Russian language training programme yesterday leading to the issue of its PAL card.

The launch was announced by IPAF chief executive Tim Whiteman at the second International Rental and Construction Forum in Sochi, Russia. The material was actually used for the first time last week at an accredited training centre in Kazakhstan.
