Just one section of the deck gave way - 14 other men were working on other parts of the structure

Four men were working on the particular section of large deck, located just below the seventh floor of the building. They were preparing for a concrete pour from a large concrete pump when one end of the bridge structure gave way dropping several metres and throwing the two men to their deaths. A third man managed to grab hold of the structure and climb back to safety, while the fourth managed to hold on. Neither of them were said to be hurt. The two men that lost their lives were declared dead at the scene.
