Senior management change at Cramo

Cramo’s executive vice president for Central Europe Dirk Schlitzkus, has left the company. Hartwig Finger, who is currently president continental Europe at management consultants the Dwyer group, will take over on an interim basis, until a permanent replacement is found.

Finger has been with Dwyer for three years, prior to that he spent a year as business unit manager, automotive testing solutions at Imtech, before which he ran his own consulting business – Regnif Consulting - for a couple of years.

Hartwig Finger


He started out in 1994 with building materials company IMI Hydronic Engineering, as financial controller, moving to printing and office equipment supplier Riso in 2000 as deputy managing director for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe. In 2005 he was appointed chief executive of Polygon Germany, the property damage restoration company leaving in 2012 to set up his consulting business.

Dirk Schlitzkus has virtually spent his entire career with what is now Cramo Central Europe, having joined Cramo with the Theisen Baumaschinen acquisition in 2011 where he was a director and responsible for its rapid expansion outside of Germany. He joined the Theisen business as company lawyer in 1994, became a director in 1998 and was promoted to chief executive following the Cramo takeover.
