Tat Hong extends deadline
THSC Investments has extended its takeover offer for Tat Hong from close of business today until close of business on May 21st .
As of now it has acceptances on 86.4 percent of the company’s equity. It needs 90 percent to confirm the offer. See Tat Hong moves closer to takeover
