Falcon Lifts adds CPS as service partner

Danish spider lift manufacturer Falcon Lifts - previously TCA - has appointed Central Platform Services (CPS) as its UK service partner.

Established in 2008, CPS is a dealer for Dinolift, Leguan and Laing Access aerial lifts, as well as Smartlift glazing robots. Customers can still order spare parts through Falcon Lifts directly.

Falcon business development director Craig Rooke said: “We are very pleased to announce this next step for the UK market which is a very important region for us to develop further our Falcon Lift products and brand. Falcon Lifts have been sold for many years in the UK and we are privileged to have some of the largest rental companies in the UK and Ireland as our customers. All UK rental machines sold now come with the GSM module for remote access and monitoring so not only can we assist with diagnostics remotely the owner of the machine can also do this as well as monitor how it is being used. As well as having this great feature adding CPS who have feet on the ground in this region enhances our support further to meet our customers' needs. CPS have a fantastic reputation in the market as the Bronto Skylift service partner so for me it was a huge benefit for us to have a company like this also supporting Falcon Lifts.”

CPS director John Burton added: “The team here at CPS are proud to be supporting Falcon Lifts here in the UK. I recently visited the factory and to no surprise the quality of manufacturing is second to none. We have come to expect very high standards and moral principles from all of our Nordic partners and for that the reason we are really looking forward to building this new relationship. Our experienced engineers will soon be engaged in a training program and to all Falcon owners in need of service and support don’t hesitate to give us a call.”
