A statement from his colleagues at Skyjack said: “Dave is highly regarded as one of our company’s most technically skilled, dedicated and reliable employees. We are indebted to him for his dedication and commitment to excellent customer service and for helping to propel us to our present position in the industry.”

“Although we will all miss Dave, he has worked hard throughout his career and has more than earned the opportunity to enjoy more time with his family, friends and hobbies. We wish Dave all the very best in his retirement.”
His ready smile and good nature will certainly be missed by the wider access industry. He will be a tough act to follow.

Dave have a good retirement, thanks for all the help in the past, you were always my first port of call. Don't forget to leave your phone switched on while playing golf you can't give up just like that.
All the best Keith Millington.

I'ill second that Martin, Dave is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. I will never forget the effort he put in at Butler's to get an old Simon S85, ex fire engine, 12 litre petrol engine, ready for the next day. ( I was sent to get the Fish & Chips to keep him going). Keep on Golfing and let's have a knock sometime.

A well deserved retirement for a man whom I had the pleasure to work along side both at Butler Powered Access and then later when he joined us all at Skyjack. Dave has been one of the safest and most productive pair of hands in the Crane and Access industries throughout his career. I hope you enjoy some time to yourself Dave and that the Golf handicap improves even further. I want an invite to the leaving party!!
All the best
Martin
