Terex chief executive Steve Filipov said: "Sarens has been an outstanding customer and a highly valued partner in product development for several decades. The company has been involved in the development of new products, such as the boom booster kit for the CC 8800-1 crawler crane."

Sarens has more than 1,500 machines in its fleet including around 500 cranes from Terex/Demag.
