Made in the EU

The first European-made JLG telescopic handler has been delivered. The unit was built in JLG’s Belgian factory in the city of Maasmechelen. First customer is a Swiss JLG dealer SkyAccess which also operates its own platform rental fleet under the name Skyworker.

Martin Voegtli, managing director of Skyworker, praised the machine’s tight turning circle and compact dimensions and predicted that it would be popular with companies already hiring platforms from him. The JLG telescopic handler was originally designed by F Weyhausen in Germany and conforms fully with all European standards. It is now available throughout Europe and is offered with a crane lifting attachment and or excavator bucket.
