Bosch-Rexroth takeover Oil Control

The Oil Control Group is one of the leading manufacturers of compact hydraulics and owns the brands EDI system, TARP and LC Oleodinamica. Oil Control Group, which has over 900 employees at several production sites in Italy, as well as sales companies throughout Europe and the United States, sales in 2003 totalled €113 million
