Introduction:
Due to continued expansion we are looking for a Instructor to deliver courses in IPAF/PASMA. Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality training to customers at the company dedicated training centres and customer premises as required.
Feedback information to the relevant departments.
Identify sales opportunities for the company
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Deal with any customer queries in a profession, friendly manner, advising on equipment needs.
Ensure that all opportunities to maximise the company’s sales to a customer are attained.
Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company Health & Safety regulations.
Take a positive and proactive approach to the promotion of all aspects of the company. Applicant Requirements:
Must hold a relevant training/instructional qualification.
Demonstrable experience in a training role.
Ideally hold IPAF/PASMA instructor licence.
Sound communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service skills.
Team player as well as being able to work using own initiative.
Time management skills.
Flexible approach to work.
Hold full clean driving licence.
For the right candidate, Instructor training would be considered, some prior knowledge of powered access or training techniques would be required. Benefits:
