JLG promotes Satterley

JLG has promoted Andrew Satterley, currently managing director of JLG Australia/New Zealand to vice president – sales, marketing and customer support for the Asia Pacific region.
In his new role he will be based at JLG’s office in Singapore, where he will oversee the company’s operations across Japan, China, India, Vietnam and Korea, as well as New Zealand, Malaysia, the Philippines and Australia.
In his new role he is tasked with establishing an improved support structure for service, technical support and training as well as promoting the productivity and safety benefits of powered access throughout the Asian region.
Bob Mules will replace Satterley as general manager Australia and New Zealand. Mules joined JLG in 2005 as New South Wales state manager before becoming director of sales and market development for Australia and New Zealand in April 2008.
“Since joining JLG in 2007, Andrew’s principal focus has been on improving customer service and making JLG the partner of choice in the access industry,” said Tim Morris, JLG Industries senior vice president, sales, marketing and customer support. “As Asia is the world’s largest emerging market, his appointment will enable JLG to gain a more focused foothold in the region.”
