Another crane drops in Southampton - UPDATED

Another crane has collapsed yesterday at Southampton docks, UK, the third in two years. This time the crane is not a container crane and totally unrelated to the previous two cranes that collapsed.
Reports suggest that this time it is a Dutch-owned, 400 tonne capacity ship mounted crane which was moored alongside the quay that collapsed and that no one was injured.
