New access company in UK

February 5, 2010 | Comments (0)

Andy Pearson, previously managing director of A.M.P and then regional director at Lavendon after it acquired A.M.P, has opened his own company in Wellington, Somerset.

The new business, named Prolift Access has also joined the Access Alliance, the recently formed association of independent UK access rental companies to cover the South West.

Prolift has started with a fleet of Skyjack electric scissor lifts and Nifty Height Rider booms and a number of fully refurbished/rebuilt units to cover market sectors where the current returns do not justify new equipment.

Pearson told Vertikal.Net that his aim was to build the business organically at a steady pace and to provide a first class service to his local market. The company is located next to the M5 motorway, giving the company good connections with the whole of the South West of England.
