A man was seriously injured yesterday on a scissor lift on the Westfield Shopping centre project in Stratford East London.
We understand that the accident involved a crushing incident between the scissor lift's guard rails and an overhead beam.
The lift, a Skyjack is owned by AFI, A team from the company along with the Health & Safety Executive is on site today and the company and the contractor are co-operating fully with the investigation.
