Modern (Singapore) was only recently appointed as a Nifty lift dealer and in addition to this order, which is for the prestigious 'Resort World Sentosa' project in Singapore, the company has ordered 10 other Nifty lifts, including the 33ft/10 metre Bi-Energy HR12NDE and the semi self propelled 170SD for inventory.
General manager Bryan Chew said: “These recent developments will help elevate the market presence and customer awareness for Nifty lift machines”.

Jim Craddock Nifty’s international sales manager said: “This sale represents a significant breakthrough in terms of market presence in Singapore. It has taken a long time to get Nifty’s accepted in the Singapore market and we have only succeeded with the help and enthusiasm of the Modern Singapore team”.
Modern Singapore is part of the Modern group of Hong Kong, and direct parent company is Modern (International) Access and Scaffolding, which has also taken a similar number of Nifty HR12’s and 170SD’s into its Hong Kong rental fleet over the last couple of years for both Hong Kong and mainland China where it currently has three locations.
