Not so seasonal lights

Caught in the act in Wrexham, UK, two men using a truck mounted lift to put up lights in the town centre yesterday in a less than ideal manner.

The lift had no outrigger mats under the jacks, just two traffic cones to cordon off and to cap it all the lift was being used over the heads of pedestrians and street traffic.
The operator was at least using a harness so not totally ignorant to the proper use of aerial lifts. It is just sad that similar attention was not paid to the machines set up and use.

One assumes that the lights were being installed for or with the permission of the local town council? And yet … basic safety measures were not being followed.

How many errors can you spot?

No outrigger mats and working over an open road the operator is at least wearing a harness
